The best part of my stay was the ultra-comfortable bed! 🛌 Waking up refreshed made all the difference. Just wish the air conditioning worked better—got a bit too chilly at night.

We took public buses to explore amazing spots like the Castle and Camera Obscura. The location is super convenient for getting around, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a great variety, which we loved. Overall, this place serves as a solid base for exploring.
One downside was the lack of cleanliness in some areas, like the smoking area at the front. It could use better upkeep overall.

The cooked breakfast was noteworthy, with a solid selection of hot and cold items. The room offered impressive comfort, rivaling higher-rated chains, and the shower experience was excellent. the toilet had issues that required reporting, and the TV remote was malfunctioning upon check-in. Initial cleanliness of the room could have been better, though it improved after housekeeping attended to it on the second day.

Location next to the Ocean Terminal made it easy to shop and dine. Room cleanliness could be improved. some areas felt dusty.

missingWrote a review on 28 Augbus accesscomplimentary breakfastnearby amenitiesbreakfast confusion
Convenient access to bus stops offering routes directly into the city, making sightseeing a breeze. Complimentary breakfast includes a grab-and-go option which is handy for those on the move, even if the layout feels a bit chaotic at times. The nearby Ocean Terminal offers a nice selection of eateries and leisure options, including a cinema and activities by the water.
The breakfast area could really use a redesign. items are haphazardly placed and lack logical flow, causing unnecessary crowding and confusion. Finding the lift can also be a hassle since only one was working during my stay, and those stairs aren’t easy to locate. Some rooms, like the family accommodations, feel severely cramped, leaving little space for movement or luggage. Additionally, the parking situation can be tricky at busy times, even with it being complimentary.

Super comfy room! The bed was massive and perfect for a good night's sleep. It was nice and clean every day, and I liked the good amenities like the kettle for tea.
